Goodbye f/1.4 50mm

After about 11 months, I sold my f/1.4G 50mm for a loss of $130. But if you consider it as rental fee for the lens, it's actually a good deal.
The money I got from selling this went into a Nikon SB-900 flash. Felt that I needed this more.

dark skies

On my way back home after class on a Sunday noon, I saw lots of cumulus clouds.
Got home, packed up my camera, grabbed my tripod and rushed out to take photos.
Managed to take a few shots here and there before it started to rain heavily.
A little drenched. D80's dry and safe in the camera bag.
It was worth it.
